Inseparable from the charm and interest of a region, these days the quality of the services on offer is an essential component of the quantitative growth of the tourist trade. If we consider that the image conveyed by visitors of their time here is still the best promotional and communication tool, the importance of quality becomes very clear in the context of our reception and information facilities, the initial contact or representation of 'countries' to the local or foreign population.

Several years ago, our organisation undertook an approach intended to enhance the quality of the welcome provided by its tourist destination. Since 2001, this approach has been based on the NF (French Standard) service standard for 'reception and information in tourist offices and initiative syndicates'. We are currently defining an overall quality management system in order to better accompany our customers and, in view of their diversity and their requirements, to keep them at the focus of all our activities.
