Quality policy


 

  "Customers and their satisfaction lie at the heart of our policy and our operations".

 

Several years ago, our organisation undertook an approach intended to enhance the quality of the welcome provided by its tourist destination. Since 2001, this approach has been based on the NF (French Standard) service standard for 'reception and information in tourist offices and initiative syndicates'. We are currently defining an overall quality management system in order to better accompany our customers and, in view of their diversity and their requirements, to keep them at the focus of all our activities.

 

 

We promise to increase the satisfaction of our customers by meeting their current and future expectations in terms of the offer and quality of services:

 

By increasing our reactivity to customer expectations by better listening to their needs and through the committed involvement of our personnel.

By improving the quality of our welcome by always having competent, trained, enthusiastic staff, in keeping with the commitments related to our chosen standards.

By increasing our offer of tourist products and our promotional actions in order to attract new customers to the Pays Viennois.

 

 

To control the efficiency of our organisation by adopting a defined, rationalised structure by setting up a quality management system based on the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2000 standard.

 

To develop fruitful relationships with our partners by being the instigator of a quality commitment by those involved in the economy and tourist industry of the town of Vienne.

 

With the commitment of the board of directors and under the responsibility of the quality manager and all of our personnel, we will ensure the co-ordination and continuous improvement of our organisation according to the principles of quality management and in observance of our customers' expectations.
